Flannel Sheets

If you are anything like I can be then you are likely always looking for a new way to take just a little bit more off your heating bills and you might not even realize it but a great set of flannel sheets can really help you to do that. Most people who are trying to save a bit more on the their heating bills will actually turn their heater down to around 68 degrees and that does certainly help a lot but just what if you could actually turn it down to 62 or so and still be nice and warm while you sleep! Wouldn’t that be great? I bet that you didn’t even know that flannel sheets could do that much for you.

You see, we all know that there is just nothing better than a great flannel shirt on a cold day. Even women will steal their husbands and boy friends flannel shirts to stay warm and they love the softness too! So then just imagine for a moment what flannel sheets will feel like on your bed! After I added the flannel sheets to my bed, with one thin blanket and a comforter on top of that, I found that I could turn my heater down to about sixty two at night, and I really could have gone lower but any lower than that and the house could get too cold and no one wants frozen or even broken pipes.

Of course you cant just see getting these great flannel sheets just to lower your heating costs. There are some people that I know that seem to always seem to be cold and although they don’t want the added heating bills they do tend to keep their homes very warm at night and sleep under a huge amount of blankets but still seem to be cold at night. For those people I also suggest getting a set of flannel sheets. They will keep you warm and with out you needing to sleep under huge piles of blankets.

Now that I have the flannel sheets I have been getting them for everyone that I know! They really are for everyone, and if your getting a set of flannel sheets for your home don’t forget to get a set for your RV or travel trailer too, we all know just how cold those can get at night.
